8.        Subject to the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 JustBookIt.com reserve the right to supply your details to Accommodation to assist Accommodation in any claim it may have against you for non-payment of any charges whatsoever including but not limited to non-arrival charges in connection with your Booking.

9.        Bookings are for accommodation only.  You are responsible for arranging and paying for transport, insurance, meals and all other services which form part of your stay at Accommodation.

10.     The failure by either party to enforce at any time or for any period any one or more of the terms or conditions of this Agreement shall not be a waiver of them or of the right at any time subsequently to enforce all terms and conditions of this Agreement.

11.     Each of these Terms and Conditions shall be construed separately and if any of them or any part of them shall be held to be void or unenforceable but would be valid or enforceable if part of the wording thereof were deleted such Term and Condition shall apply with such deletion as may be necessary to make the rest of them or it valid and effective.

12.     JustBookIt.com intends and considers itself to be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, India
